Inverarity Morton brings new Wine Tasting event to The Social Hub Glasgow
Thank you to everyone who joined us at The Social Hub last Tuesday. Your enthusiasm and positive feedback made it a truly special afternoon of exploration We hope you enjoyed tasting some our latest offerings and hidden gems – and found some new favourites! To uncover more of the extraordinary and unconventional, let’s continue to ‘Explore’ together.
Special thanks also to the three principals who joined us on the day. It’s always very useful for our Inverarity Morton customers to be able to ‘meet the makers’ in person. We were joined by Janet Guest from Kopke Port. When it comes to exploring the rich and diverse world of port wine, Kopke Port stands out. Their history spans over 400 years and has earned Kopke a reputation as a world-renowned producer of premium port wines. Renowned for their exceptional quality and distinct styles – from dry whites to vintage ports, Kopke offers a wide range of options that cater to different palates and occasions, making it a beloved choice among wine enthusiasts and collectors alike.
We also welcomed Chloe Hill from Ca’Bolani to The Social Hub. As a steward of ancient know-how that has been handed down and enriched over time, Ca’Bolani considers wine as the fruit of a particular terroir that is different from many others, and therefore unique in its kind, to be preserved for future generations. Ca’ Bolani itself is a lush, verdant estate traversed by 999 cypress trees extends through the heart of the Aquileia DOC appellation in the Friuli region, North eastern Italy. High quality, superb value – there’s so much to like about this new addition to our IM wine portfolio!
Last but not least, thank you to Jack Green from Vinca Wine for his enthusiasm and insights on our day of wine exploration. Award-winning organic canned wine from Sicily, Vinca will have you wondering why you’ve never had wine from a can before! Vinca only use exceptional organic wines from Sicily, all of which are award winning – you would never be able to tell the wine was from a can! Vinca have invested in cans with a special organic lining so the wine never touches the aluminium and won’t impact the taste.
