Here at Inverarity Morton we’re not only looking ahead to our Annual Tasting in Edinburgh next week, on Wednesday, the 6th of March, but also to International Women’s Day (IWD) which falls this year on Friday 8th March. IWD serves as a global platform to raise awareness about gender equality and advocate for the rights and achievements of women. With this in mind, we’d like to invite you to join our ‘Vineyard Voices’ sessions at Explore. Taste. Love. 24 – where our female panel will discuss women in wine.

We’re delighted that in addition to some familiar faces from IM, we’ll be joined by renowned industry professionals, Sophie Balanger from Maison Sichel, and Jeanne Vito from Springfontein.

Women play a significant and increasingly recognised role in the wine industry, contributing to numerous aspects – from grape cultivation and winemaking to marketing, sales, and management. Increasingly, women from across countless wine regions contribute significantly to the global wine industry as a whole, welcoming diverse cultural influences and positively enhancing the global wine landscape.
