Inverarity Morton Quarterly Review – Key Insights and Highlights
Our IM sales team began the day promptly at the Chivas Brothers Glasgow HQ, which provided a useful opportunity for some breakfast networking and informal discussions before our business agenda commenced. The first session of the day focused on the Inverarity Morton Business Review, presented by IM RSMs (Regional Sales Managers) and the Sales Operations team.
IM Business Review
Key performance metrics, recent sales achievements, and strategic initiatives were discussed, providing a comprehensive overview of Inverarity’s current standing and future plans. Our Commercial team and Marketing department then provided an in-depth presentation on current marketing strategies, upcoming campaigns, and recent commercial successes. This session aimed to align the sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to market challenges and opportunities.
Pernod Ricard
After lunch Julie Lions and Rob Foulds from Pernod Ricard led a detailed presentation on the company’s latest products, market insights, and strategic initiatives. The session included discussions on collaborative opportunities and future partnership potentials. Our IM team enjoyed a champagne tasting session featuring Perrier-Jouet, which provided a sophisticated and engaging break from the presentations, allowing our attendees to experience the brand’s premium offerings. Jay Hudson then led an entertaining masterclass on cocktail making, specifically focusing on creating margaritas with Altos or Del Maguey.
Tastings
The session concluded with a toast featuring Bumbu rum and a tasting of The Deacon, adding an interactive and educational component to the afternoon’s proceedings. The day concluded with drinks and dinner for everyone at Maison by Glaschu. This provided a relaxed setting for further networking and reflection on the day’s sessions.
