The Future is Green at Inverarity Morton

January 24, 2023 News

Here at Inverarity Morton, like all businesses, we are well aware that research has shown that electric cars are better for the environment. They emit fewer greenhouse gases and air pollutants than petrol or diesel cars. (And this takes into account their production and electricity generation to keep them running.)

From a delivery POV, fully electric vans produce zero carbon emissions and hybrid vans significantly reduce carbon output, which will result in a cleaner environment for future generations. (One of the most common reports among electric van drivers is that they are also significantly more relaxing to drive compared to petrol or diesel vans!) Generally speaking, an electricmotor has fewer components than a traditional van, which means less servicing is required.

Of course, with the UK government’s target of banning the sale of non-electric vehicles by 2030 is fast approaching, traditional vans will be phased out completely before long. Electric vans are the future – which is why here at inverarity Morton we are thrilled to have just added a MAXUS e DELIVER 3 to our transport fleet.

At its core, the e DELIVER 3 is built on reliability, safety & driver comfort and is redefining the light commercial vehicle industry. The smaller of the vehicles in the MAXUS e DELIVER range, the e DELIVER 3 is cleverly designed to maximise payload and performance. Using a combination of lightweight materials such as aluminium and polymer composite materials, the nifty EV is robust in design and powerful in performance.
