Phraya Thai Sunset
As the Phraya Golden Hour signature serve, the Thai Sunset cocktail evokes the warmth and feeling inspired by the beauty of a Thai sunset.
Ingredients
- Phraya Rum Elements – 45ml
- Pineapple juice – 85 ml
- Coconut water – 25ml
- Lime juice – 15ml
- Pomegranate syrup – 10ml
Glassware
Straight body, 350ml high ball glass. Ensure the liquid level (wash-line) is consistent.
Ice
Cubed (to top of the glass)
Garnish
Pineapple leaf & Phraya branded stirrer
Method
- Build everything (except the pomegranate syrup) into the high ball with ice and pull through with a bar spoon.
- Pour pomegranate syrup just before service to achieve the Golden Hour look.
